Contact and information collected
You can contact me at jonathanstott85@gmail.com or on 07355 105389. I am based in Ingbirchworth near Penistone and provide a service at customers’ properties.
The enquiry form collects your name, phone number or email address, postcode or area, job type, message and preferred way of being contacted. It also includes the page the enquiry came from, a form timestamp and a hidden spam-check field. Please avoid including sensitive information or other people’s personal details in your message. The host may process technical request information, such as IP address and browser information, to operate and protect the website.
Why I use it and the lawful basis
I use enquiry details to answer your questions, discuss the job, arrange a visit and prepare a quote. Where you ask me to take steps towards a contract, I rely on Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR. If you go ahead, the same basis applies to providing the agreed work.
I rely on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) for managing correspondence, keeping appropriate enquiry records, preventing spam and protecting the website. These interests are running a small trade business and responding properly to people who contact me. I do not sell your details or use this form to subscribe you to marketing. Supplying your name and a contact method lets me respond; the other form fields help describe the job. There are no automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Preview enquiries
This preview does not forward form enquiries or send email. A real enquiry receives a message asking you to call me. An agency test marked PHD TEST can show a test confirmation without delivery. Do not use the preview form for a job you need me to receive; call or WhatsApp me instead.
Who processes the information
Cloudflare hosts the new website and processes requests for hosting and security. PHD Networks & Systems Ltd manages the website and enquiry handling for me. My contact mailbox is Gmail, provided by Google. In live enquiry handling, the agreed notification also goes to PHD so they can help manage it. These providers process information needed to supply their services.
Cloudflare and Google services may involve processing outside the UK. Where an international transfer takes place, applicable UK adequacy arrangements or appropriate contractual safeguards are required. You can contact me for information about the safeguards applying to your data. The production processor arrangements will be checked before this preview is released.
How long I keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 24 months from our last contact and then deleted. You can ask for earlier deletion, subject to any legal reason to retain particular records. Records needed for legal or tax obligations may have to be retained separately for the applicable period. Access is limited to people who need it for the enquiry or website management.
Your rights and complaints
Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your information where the right applies. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact me using the details above to exercise a right. I normally respond within one month. I may need to check your identity before disclosing information.
You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office if you are unhappy with how your data is handled. You can also contact me first so I can try to put things right. If you believe a child has sent personal details, tell me and I will look into removing them. This notice was updated on 31 October 2026. See the cookie policy for this preview’s cookie position.
